Taunton guy charged with OUI in lethal wrong-way crash



HOPKINTON, Mass. (WPRI)– A Taunton guy is implicated of driving intoxicated and triggering a wrong-way crash that eliminated another chauffeur overnight, according to Massachusetts State Authorities.

Authorities stated the preliminary examination revealed Devin Arroyo was heading southbound on I-495 North around 12:15 a.m. Wednesday when his van struck an approaching automobile, triggering the van to roll over.

The automobile was then rear-ended by a tractor-trailer, driven by a 41-year-old Providence guy, who authorities stated was not able to drop in time.

The chauffeur of the automobile was required to the medical facility where he was noticable dead. His identity has actually not yet been launched.

Arroyo, 29, was likewise carried with small injuries, according to authorities, while the Providence guy was not harmed.
