WARWICK, RI– RI Cannon fodder Log arrests July 30 — Aug. 6 including Warwick consisted of numerous charges for DUI following Rte. 95 stops and one crash, security order infractions, and pot belongings.

Here are the fundamentals on those arrests:

Broken security order At 10:16 AM Aug. 3, cannon fodders detained Benjamin Stiles, 29, of 91 Bernard Circle, Centerville, Massachusetts for Domestic Violence– Infraction of Defense Order (Third or Subsequent Offense). This arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Rte. 95 in Warwick.

Stiles was carried to the Wickford Barracks, processed and after that carried to Third District Court, where he existed as a probation lawbreaker.

Desired for pot belongings On Wednesday, Aug. 3, at 11 a.m., cannon fodders detained Glen Hernandez, 19, of 28 Pennsylvania Ave., Providence, Rhode Island, on a 3rd Department District Court Bench warrant for failure to stand for a Pre-trial Conference on the charge of Ownership of Cannabis stemming out of the Warwick Authorities Department. This arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Rte. 95 North, in Pawtucket. Hernandez was processed at the Lincoln Woods Barracks and later on committed the Third Department District Court.

Rte. 95, DUI At 12:58 a.m. Aug. 3, Troopers detained Morgan McCarthy, 33, of 620 Devils Foot Roadway, Apt 11, North Kingstown, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Impact of Envigorating Alcohol and/or Drugs– 2nd Offense, BAC Unidentified, and 2.) Rejection to Send to a Chemical Test– First Offense.

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Rte. 95 in the City of Warwick. The topic was carried to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace, and launched into the custody of an Accountable Grownup.

Rte. 95, DUI At 1:15 a.m. Aug. 4 cannon fodders detained Joshua Parrillo, 44, of 74 Samuel Gorton Ave., Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Impact of Envigorating Alcohol and/or Drugs– Very First Offense– BAC Unidentified and 2.) Rejection to Send to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Rte. 95 in Exeter. Parrillo was carried to the State Authorities Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned, and launched to the custody of an accountable grownup.

No contact order infraction At 5:40 p.m. Aug. 4, cannon fodders detained Timothy Ernst, 34, of 25 Cedar Pond Drive, Warwick, for an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Domestic Violence– Infraction of a No Contact Order stemming from the West Warwick Authorities Department.

The arrest was the outcome cannon fodders helping the Commercial Enforcement System with a roadside examination. The topic was carried to the State Authorities Wickford Barracks where he was processed and committed the West Warwick Authorities Department.

No contact order infraction At 2:09 a.m. Aug. 4, cannon fodders detained Kayla Burns, 23, of 2270 New London Turnpike, Coventry, Rhode Island, for 1.) Infraction of a No Contact Order– first Offense and 2.) Third Department District Bench Warrant for Failure to Stand For Pretrial Conference on the initial charge of Domestic Violence -Disorderly Conduct stemming from the Warwick Authorities Department.

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Atwood Opportunity, in the Town of Johnston. The topic was carried to State Authorities Head Office where she was processed and held over night pending early morning arraignment where she will exist as a bail lawbreaker.

Rte. 95 crash, DUI At 10:20 p.m. Aug. 5, cannon fodders detained Juan Ramirez, 47, of 18 Lovevine Drive, Cranston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving while Under the Impact of Envigorating Alcohol or Drugs– B.A.C. 15 or Greater (Stage I. 349, Stage II.360)- Very First Offense.

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile crash examination that happened on Path 95 in Warwick. Ramirez was carried to the Operation Blue Riptide B.A.T Mobile, processed, misdemeanor launched and later on carried to Rhode Island Health Center by Providence Rescue.

Rte. 95 stop, DUI At 10:51 p.m. Aug. 6, cannon fodders detained Anthony Perry, 60, of 53 Home St., Warwick, Rhode Island, for Driving Under the Impact of Envigorating Alcohol and/or Drugs– Very First Offense B.A.C.–.15 or Greater (Stage I–.182% BrAC, Stage II–.175% BrAC).

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Rte. 95, in Providence. Perry was carried to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and launched into the custody of an accountable grownup.
