WARWICK, RI– RI Cannon fodder Log arrests Sept. 6– 23 including Warwick consisted of charges for missed out on court, stopping working to stop after crashes, and exceptional warrants.

Rte. 2 stop, DUI arrest At 12:18 a.m. Sept. 21, cannon fodders detained Leo Lyons, 60, of 1141 Hartford Ave., Johnston, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving while Under the Impact of Envigorating Alcohol or Drugs– Very First Offense, BAC Unidentified and 2.) Rejection to Send to a Chemical Test, and 3.) Driving without a License.

Lyons was transferred to Fatima Health center to be examined and later on transferred to State Authorities Head office, processed, and held over night pending early morning arraignment at Third Department District Court where he will exist as a probation lawbreaker.

Coventry stop, Warwick warrant At 12:06 a.m. Sept. 22, cannon fodders detained Collen C. Coyne, 29, of 19 Maple St., Weymouth, Massachusetts for an Affidavit Arrest Warrant for one count of an Offense of a Court Purchased No-Contact Order coming from out of the Warwick Authorities Department.

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Rte. 95 in Coventry. The topic was transferred to the Wickford Barracks, processed, and later on transferred to the Warwick Authorities Department.

Lincoln stop, Warwick warrant At 3 a.m. Sept. 23, cannon fodders detained Kimberly Curry, 36, of 101 Kenyon Ave., Pawtucket, Rhode Island, for an active 1) Providence Superior Court Complete Bench Warrant for Failure to Stand For a Technical Infraction Hearing on the initial charge of Shoplifting coming from out of the Johnston Authorities Department, 2) Kent County Superior Court Complete Bench Warrant for a Failure to Stand For a Technical Infraction Hearing on the initial charge of Shoplifting coming from out of the Warwick Authorities Department, and 3) Providence Superior Court Complete Bench Warrant for a Failure to Stand For a Technical Infraction Hearing on the initial charge of Felony Shoplifting coming from out of the Rhode Island State Authorities Lincoln Woods Barracks.

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Twin River Roadway in the Town of Lincoln. The topic was transferred to the Lincoln Woods Barracks for processing and later on committed the Grownup Correctional Organization– Women’s Consumption Center.

Warwick stop, DUI arrest At 11:23 p.m. Sept. 23, cannon fodders detained Michelle Ballou, age 44, of 13 Riverdale Ave., West Warwick, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving while Under the Impact of Envigorating Alcohol or Drugs- Very First Offense, BAC Unidentified, 2.) Rejection to Send to a Chemical Test.

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile drop in Warwick. The topic was transferred to the Lincoln Woods Barracks, processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and launched to the custody of an accountable grownup.

Crash, task to stop At 12:40 p.m. Sept. 23, cannon fodders detained Lionel Medeiros, 51, of 716 Post Roadway, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Task to Stop– Mishap Resulting in Damage to a Participated In Car, and 2.) Driving with a Suspended License (3rd or Subsequent Offense).

The arrest was the outcome of an automobile stop on Path 37 in the City of Warwick. The topic was transferred to the Lincoln Woods Barracks where she was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and launched to an accountable grownup.
