RI Board of Elections in requirement of survey employees


EAST PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WPRI)– The Rhode Island Board of Elections is urgently searching for survey employees, according to a social networks post

Employees are required for the Sept. 13 main and the Nov. 8 basic election.

Survey employees in Rhode Island are paid and need to go through training, which is 3 hours long. Pay rates differ based upon the city or town.

To be qualified, people need to be at least 16 years of ages, a signed up citizen in Rhode Island, able to check out the Constitution in English, and able to compose their own name.

Survey employees need to be offered to deal with Election Day in between 6 a.m. and 9 p.m.
