PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WLNE)– A Providence male will be sentenced Thursday for the 2011 killing of a 17-year-old lady, after being founded guilty for a 2nd time.

Leron Porter, 41, was condemned of second-degree murder, releasing a gun while devoting a criminal offense leading to death and belongings of a gun by an individual forbidden.

He was initially condemned of the murder of Tiphany Tallo in 2014, however his conviction was reversed previously this year by a federal judge after his lawyers argued that his civil liberties were breached.
