Point32Health Structure to award 3 R.I. groups overall of $125K in grants


PROVIDENCE– 3 Rhode Island companies remain in line to get an overall of $125,000 in grants from the Point32Health Structure, a joint group comprised of the previous Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare Structure and Tufts Health Insurance Structure.

The cash belongs to $1 million in grants that the Point32Health Structure is dispersing to 16 nonprofits in Rhode Island, Maine, New Hampshire and Massachusetts.

Grants were granted to varied groups that are working for modification and equality.

In Rhode Island, the Pawtucket-based AMOR Union, an alliance of grassroots companies that are promoting an end to dislike criminal offenses and cops violence versus individuals of color and minorities, will get $25,000.

The Center for Southeast Asians will likewise get $25,000, while SISTA Fire, a network of females and nonbinary individuals of color, will be granted $75,000.
