PORTLAND, Maine (AP)– Another Maine male who got in the U.S. Capitol on Jan. 6 is dealing with federal charges, authorities stated Tuesday.
Todd Tilley, 61, of South Paris, was jailed without event Tuesday, the FBI stated. It was not understood if he had a lawyer.
He’s charged with getting in a limited structure, disorderly conduct in a limited structure, disorderly conduct in the U.S. Capitol, and parading, showing or picketing in the Capitol.
He is among a handful of Mainers amongst more than 800 individuals who have actually been jailed in the riot. More than 300 have actually pleaded guilty to criminal activities varying from low-level misdemeanors to felony seditious conspiracy.
