Maddie Potts Memorial Field Home Revealed at Chariho High School

WOOD RIVER JUNCTION, R.I. (WLNE)– Nearly 5 years after her awful death, the Maddie Potts Memorial Field Home formally opened at Chariho Regional High School on Sunday.

The 17-year-old standout professional athlete and group captain, Maddie Potts, dropped dead of an aneurysm on September 23, 2017 while using the soccer field. Her household began the Maddie Potts Structure in her honor.

The field home opened at Wood River Junction throughout a ribbon cutting event at 10:30 a.m.

The brand-new modern field home consists of toilets, an athletic training space, and a house locker space.
