Charlestown kicks-off 37th yearly seafood celebration Friday


CHARLESTOWN, R.I. (WLNE)– The Charlestown Seafood Celebration is back for it’s 37th year.

The Seafood Celebration is the greatest fundraising event for the Charlestown Chamber of Commerce, and funds raised go to the town’s objective to support regional services and increase tourist.

” This occasion supports nearly whatever we provide for the neighborhood. The Charlestown Seafood Celebration is our main fundraising event,” stated Heather Paliotta, executive director of the Charlestown Chamber of Commerce and director of The Charlestown Seafood Celebration.”
