
SOUTH KINGSTOWN, R.I. (WLNE)– The Union Fire District of South Kingstown saved 2 individuals on a handicapped boat Saturday early morning.
Chief Steven Pinch stated the fire district got a call of a handicapped boat with 2 individuals aboard simply after 10:30 a.m.
” Chief Pinch together with members from Stations 2, 6 and 8 reacted to Worden’s Pond,” stated in a declaration.
A rescue boat was released and had the ability to get individuals aboard out the water.
The boat was pulled back to the neighboring boat ramp.
There were no reported injuries.
